Hey Mama Naturopathy you are agreeing to comply with the following terms and conditions of use. The term ‘Hey Mama Naturopathy’, ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the business Kimberley Piggott, ABN: 38 682 920 365
We reserve the right to update our terms and conditions at our discretion, at any time. If we do, new terms and conditions will be posted on our website and will be readily available.
1. Liability Disclaimer
1.1 Naturopathy is a holistic approach to health and disease. Modalities used within consultations may, but may not be limited to nutrition, lifestyle recommendations, herbal medicine, iridology, homeopathy and flower essences.
1.2 It is understood that Kimberley Piggott is a naturopath and treatment will involve naturopathic principles. Kimberley Piggott is not a medical practitioner and is unable to provide diagnosis or cure any medication conditions or illnesses. We do not provide guarantees, even if success has been experienced with another client with a similar condition.
1.3 As a naturopath, it is my duty of care to ask specific questions to ensure treatment is suitable and safe for the client. If you withhold information such as health conditions, allergy, pregnancy, medication or other supplementation, changes in medication once treatment had commenced or anything alike, it is not our responsibility if adverse reaction occurs. If, for whatever reason you may not have provided accurate information during consultation, please contact us immediately.
1.4 It is understood that you are accepting or rejecting this care of your own will.
1.5 Please be aware that the information provided on the website or social media sites is general information, it is always recommended to work with a qualified practitioner to ensure personalised care and you can obtain specialised advice tailored to your individual needs.

2. Products and Services;
2.1 We offer a complete money back guarantee if you are unsatisfied with services. You must contact us within 7 days of the consultation to express your disservice. This applies for consultation cost only, not for products or supplements.
2.2 Will will not provide refunds or exchange of products or supplements if; you change your mind after purchase, you find a similar product or supplement advertised elsewhere for a difference price or it is apparent you have used or stored the product different to instruction supplied.
2.3 Return of products will be granted in situations where the product is faulty.
2.4 All testing services are provided by a third party and are non-refundable.
2.5 All testing must be conducted within the time frame stipulated by the third party.
3. Bookings, Rescheduling and Cancellation
3.1 In order to confirm you appointment you will be sent a email via the email provided.
3.2 We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Cancellation within 48 hours will result in you being charged the full amount of the consultation.
3.3 Occasionally, unforeseen events arise and we may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, these may be, but are not limited to practitioner illness or events out of our control. If these instances we will endeavour to reschedule at a time that suits both parties, or cancel providing all monies paid.
4. Payment
4.1 Payment of services can be made via the website, bank transfer or EFTPOS.
4.2 Payment of services must be made prior to consultation time.
4.3 Payment of supplements must be made prior to dispensing and use.
5. Privacy Policy
5.1 When you submit an enquiry or book an appointment you will be required to submit information such as; name, email, mobile number, date of birth and address. This information is given on a voluntary basis.
5.2 We do not disclose any information publicly or to third parties, unless it is authorised or required by law. Times that are ‘required by law’ includes, but not limited too, when individual is at risk of hurting themselves or another person.
5.3 Information provided during consultation is kept confidential unless disclosure is required by law.
